What you will do
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and addressing feedback promptly.
- Oversee project financials, including budgets, expenses, and profitability, ensuring healthy account margins.
- Lead project teams, defining scope, objectives, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
- Implement best practices, improve processes, and remove delivery bottlenecks.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues proactively.
- Coordinate team tasks, set deadlines, and foster collaboration.
- Conduct 1:1s, performance evaluations, and manage career development plans.
- Support recruitment efforts and team promotions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise.
- Continuously enhance project management processes and ensure successful outcomes.
Must haves
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project/delivery management.
- Experience as a delivery manager.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions.
- Experience managing external clients.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional English level, communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with sales and pre-sales activities is a big plus
Nice to haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field
- Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers.
- Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes.
- High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail.
- Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
