What you will do
- Facilitate Scrum processes and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.
- Lead dailies, manage sprints, remove impediments, and ensure optimal use of JIRA Cloud.
- Hands-on design, create, and refine dashboards in Jira Cloud.
- Implement continuous improvement practices through Retrospectives and Kaizens
- Coach team members to be able to take over the role of Scrum Master once coaching is complete
Must haves
- +3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI (CAPM, PMI-ACP), or other PM and Agile-related certifications
- Expertise in Jira Cloud to manage backlogs, sprints, and track work progress.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate ideas and Agile concepts clearly.
- Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English
- Deep understanding of Scrum principles, values, and practices, including ceremonies (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
- Effective Meeting Facilitation: Ability to lead Scrum ceremonies productively, ensuring active participation and time management.
- Team Coaching: Guiding the team to follow Agile best practices and principles, improving their self-organization and accountability
- Clear Communication: Conveying ideas, feedback, and updates clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Go-getter and result-oriented attitude
- The desire and motivation to follow new technologies, trends, and best practices
