What you will do
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups.
- Perform gap analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility assessments.
- Create process flow diagrams to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes.
- Support system integrations, cloud deployments, and data troubleshooting.
- Align project roadmaps with business objectives and drive process innovations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Must haves
- +3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Experience creating and managing Business Requirements Documents (BRD), including As-Is and To-Be process maps.
- Expertise in process flow diagrams (BPMN, swimlanes) using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Proficient in presenting technical and process information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient with tools like JIRA, Visio, Lucidchart, and cloud platforms.
Nice to haves
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
- Exposure to data engineering, machine learning, and AI.
- Experience with cost-benefit analysis.
