• What you will do

• Catalyst Documentation Standardization: Focused on creating consistent, user-friendly documentation for Indeed’s Catalyst tool suite, which integrates tools like iDash, Metric Alerts, Swift, and Amplify;
• Recruit Tech Platform (RTP) User Onboarding and Documentation: Addressing the challenges of onboarding Recruit employees on
• Indeed’s tools, including creating training materials, platform notification standards, and bridging localization gaps.

• Must haves

• 3+ years in technical writing or related roles;
• Proficiency in tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Microsoft Word;
• Experience writing in Markdown for documentation;
• Familiarity with Git workflows and version control systems for managing documentation changes;
• Experience using the command line for basic tasks;
• Experience writing to a style guide, preferably the Google Developer Style Guide;
• Experience with CMS platforms to manage and update documentation efficiently;
• Ability to understand and document complex technical processes and systems;
• Experience creating user-focused documentation, including FAQs, onboarding guides, and in-app help text;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
