What you will do
- Develop and maintain reusable, scalable email templates aligned with Asana’s branding and architecture;
- Ensure compatibility and optimal performance within Iterable and Marketo;
- Optimize email design for responsiveness, accessibility, and deliverability best practices;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and engineering, to ensure seamless execution;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email rendering, formatting, and platform compatibility.
Must haves
- Strong expertise in email development and template creation;
- Experience working with Iterable and Marketo;
- Knowledge of email best practices, including responsive design and deliverability optimization;
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and email-specific coding frameworks;
- Understanding of dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Experience with additional marketing automation tools;
- Familiarity with AMP for email;
- Background in A/B testing and performance analytics for email campaigns.
