What you will do
- Oversee all financial activities for business contractors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency;
- Manage forecast activities, including analyzing and resolving manual variances;
- Perform data validation and process contractor timesheets, including approval and supplier accountability;
- Conduct end-of-month accrual processes;
- Collaborate with financial stakeholders to validate budget approvals;
- Provide clients with accurate cost estimates for contractor services.
Must haves
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related field;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve variances;
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including Google Sheets and Tableau;
- Advanced problem-solving skills with expertise in math and formula sheet solvers;
- Effective communication skills for working with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
