You will work with

• Sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, etc.
• Providing a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates
• Communication with the candidates, skills evaluation, and offers management
• Composing reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries

Our team is looking for someone who has

• Upper-Intermediate English level
• 1+ years of successful recruiting experience in IT
• Positive and open-minded style of communication
• A wide network of prospect candidates
• Understanding of full recruiting lifecycle
• Elevated self-awareness and aptitude to develop new skills

Will be a plus

• Experience with lead generation
