What you will do
- Design and build scalable observability frameworks to improve system monitoring and performance;
- Develop big data pipelines to process and analyze large-scale datasets efficiently;
- Integrate AWS APIs for cloud-based data processing and system automation;
- Optimize cloud resources to improve performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency;
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members (for the Staff Engineer role);
- Ensure projects meet performance and reliability goals within set timelines.
Must haves
- 4+ years of experience with Java;
- Strong experience with Apache Flink for stream processing;
- Proficiency in working with AWS APIs and cloud integrations;
- Solid understanding of cloud resource optimization and observability principles;
- Proven experience in technical leadership;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
