Lead Full-stack Engineer

Experience: 6+ years
Office Hours: Minimum of 8 hours per day (M-F 9:00 am-6:00 pm)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Full-stack developer to work on a great cloud product. We are building a team of talented developers who will take ownership of an innovative network virtualization platform. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to backend development of award-winning  cloud solution, its modules, and features
• Work closely with the Architects, Developers, and QA Engineers to jointly deliver a cohesive solution
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews
• Propose new solutions in different areas
• Use your knowledge to improve the scale and performance of developed solutions.
• Be a technical leader by driving design, translating requirements, and reviewing code, helping international teams to excel
• Minimum of 8 hours per day (M-F 9:00 am-6:00 pm)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field
• Required 6+ years experience
• Wizard level experience and knowledge of NodeJS and JavaScript
• Upper-intermediate English – you’ll be closely working with international teams
• Experience with test-driven development in NodeJS
• Strong software development fundamentals, data structures, design patterns
• Ability to take ownership of projects, and be accountable for maintaining high-quality
• Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences

Would be a plus

• Experience developing multi-tenant applications
• Experience with front-end MVC frameworks (e.g. Sencha, React, Angular, Vue.js)
