What you will do
- Campaign Management and Optimization:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting warm leads and existing contacts;
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure high engagement, conversion rates, and ROI;
- Marketing Automation and CRM Integration:
- Manage and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to support nurturing campaigns;
- Ensure CRM systems are integrated and updated to track audience engagement effectively;
- Audience Segmentation and Insights:
- Use data analytics to create detailed audience segments for targeted marketing strategies;
- Conduct A/B tests to refine messaging, timing, and delivery for maximum impact;
- Content Coordination:
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop personalized assets for warm audiences (emails, landing pages, webinars, etc.);
- Align messaging with the overall brand voice and marketing strategy;
- Performance Reporting:
- Create dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and identify improvement areas;
- Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable strategies;
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices;
- Propose innovative ideas to improve the warm audience journey and increase conversions.
Must haves
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles;
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools;
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making;
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- A customer-first mindset with a keen understanding of the buyer’s journey;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Looker Studio;
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or tech industries;
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies;
- Certifications in marketing tools or platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
