Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience as People Partner/ HR Generalist
• Experience in the IT industry
• Experience working in a multinational outstaffing/outsourcing company would be an advantage
• English level Upper-Intermediate and higher
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great communication skills and ability to find a common language with different types of people

 Responsibilities

• Full cycle of talent management process (adaptation, performance review, probation period control, termination of agreements, etc.)
• Conduct 1-1 with employees to track their engagement and job satisfaction
• Сlose and effective cooperation with other departments, including client partners and team leads
• Implement and support new initiatives related to HRM (leadership educational programs, HR analytics, HR processes automatization)
• Participate in growing corporate culture
• Manage benefits package
