What you will do
- Understanding user needs: Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for UI improvement;
- Developing a compelling UI vision: Develop a user-centered UI strategy that aligns with the overall product roadmap and business goals;
- Data-driven decisions: Leverage user data and analytics to measure UI effectiveness, optimize product performance and customer satisfaction;
- Collaboration is key: Partner closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements;
- Focus on high quality products: Prioritize quality to ensure robustness and scalability of the system.
Must haves
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline). A master’s degree is a plus;
- Proven experience (6+ years) in product management;
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices;
- Experience with automation, data analytics, and enterprise software ecosystems;
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps;
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure product success.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
