What you will do:

• Support a global projects health dashboard
• Perform regular projects audits (or on-demand consulting), prepare suggestions on processes improvements, coach PMs and/or team/technical leads in suggested improvements

Our team is missing someone who has

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master (Senior/Strong Middle)
• Experience with internal projects/processes reviews, audits, and consulting
• Understanding of software development life cycle and PM practices
• Experience with planning, work tracking, requirements elicitation and other PM activities
• Hands-on PM experience
• Go-getter and result-oriented attitude
• Full-scale project management (from strategy development to reporting)
• The desire and motivation to follow new technologies, trends, and best practices
• Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English

What will be a plus?

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA and/or Account Manager
• Development experience and engineering background is a big plus
• People management experience – mentoring technical team members
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI (CAPM, PMI-ACP) or other PM and Agile-related certifications
• Experience with mentoring other PMs, team/technical leads in project/process management
