On behalf of Indeed, AgileEngine is looking for a Project Manager to manage Teams within the account. Work requirements include the below tasks. The ideal candidate’s prior work experience reflects high standards for communication and management with proven capabilities. The candidate possesses the ability to take on important business challenges and execute them with precision and quality.

Requirements

• Understanding of software development life cycle and PM practices
• Experience with planning, work tracking, requirements elicitation and other PM activities
• Hands-on PM experience
• Go-getter and result-oriented attitude
• Full-scale project management (from strategy development to reporting)
• The desire and motivation to follow new technologies, trends, and best practices
• Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA and/or Account Manager
• Development experience and engineering background is a big plus
• People management experience – mentoring technical team members Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI (CAPM, PMI-ACP) or other PM and Agile-related certifications
