What you will do
- Manage Initial Technical calls, discuss all phases of the proposal, from initiation introduction & project proposal through closure;
- Ensure proposals are within budget and Gross Margins;
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management;
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency;
- Implement processes to ensure successful delivery;
- Identify critical delivery issues and address them with the team before customer exposure;
- Communicate team issues and concerns to the leadership team proactively;
- Manage paperwork, MSA, SOW;
- Follow up and clear tracking of Proposals & Client’s handover to Delivery Managers.
Must haves
- A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Proposal/Pre-sales manager;
- Experience as a delivery manager;
- Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes;
- Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets, negotiating and financial reporting;
- Experience managing RFIs and Bids;
- Exceptional English level, communication and leadership skills.
Nice to haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field;
- Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers;
- Similar role experience (4 years);
- Technical background;
- High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail;
- Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders.
