• What you will do

Overall
• Manage all phases of the Client proposal lifecycle, from Technical calls, requirement gathering, team definitions, Roles and responsibilities, proposal creation and presentation, budget calculation, margins calculations;
• Ensure Proposals and follow ups are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management;
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency;
• Implement processes to ensure successful delivery;
• Identify critical delivery issues and address them with the team before customer exposure;
• Communicate team issues and concerns to the leadership team proactively.
Client ownership
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the Proposal lifecycle;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded;
• Conduct regular status meetings;
• Manage client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively;
• If a project is confirmed, have all processes documented to be handed over to Delivery Managers;
Financial account management
• Develop and manage project estimates, budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved;
• Monitor project financials, including expenses, revenue, and profitability.
Delivery management
• Lead proposal management, planning, execution, and final delivery;
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;
• Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project outcomes;
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise;
• Monitoring of Client’s satisfaction with AgileEngine services and team;
• Resource Management and Financial Control;
• Expectation and Escalation management;
• Technical Excellence and Best Practice Implementation;
• Process Excellence (Disciplined Agile) and Best Practices implementation;
• Removal of process bottlenecks and resolving issues.

• Must haves

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project/delivery management;
• Demonstrated experience in managing clients from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities;
• Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets, negotiating and financial reporting;
• Experience managing external clients;
• Proficiency in project management software and tools;
• Exceptional English level, communication and leadership skills.

• Nice to haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field;
• Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers;
• Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes;
• High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail;
• Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders;
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
