What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reusable Python and JavaScript services running on Kubernetes and AWS Lambda;
- Collaborate with the team to develop new features and refine the product for scalability as the user base grows;
- Ensure high-quality, well-tested code that is easy to maintain and understand;
- Contribute to architectural decisions and provide leadership on end-to-end feature development;
- Explore and implement innovative solutions leveraging LLMs, third-party AI tools, and self-learning models;
- Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues to ensure successful product deployments.
Must haves
- 7+ years of experience in a Software Engineering role in a product-focused company;
- Strong experience in Python;
- Expertise in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance systems;
- Proven track record of delivering valuable features for a business that really added value for the customer, rather than someone who upgraded something that was already there;
- Familiarity with AWS serverless infrastructure, Kubernetes (EKS), and PostgreSQL;
- Proven ability to deliver well-tested, quality code and solve complex technical challenges;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Experience with Celery, Puppeteer, and event-driven architectures;
- Experience in JavaScript and React.js;
- Knowledge of modern AI technologies, including LLMs and tools for content creation and analytics;
- Familiarity with building and deploying scalable systems in high-growth environments.
