What you will do
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver fast with Quality;
- Documents software defects, track the issues, and works toward a resolution;
- Able to debug, analyze, and work with Developers;
- Experience working with tools like JIRA and working in an Agile environment;
- Actively collaborate with developers and product manager to shape the product and deliver product releases;
- Provide feedback to the team on product quality, call out risks/ issues, and balance quality with time-bound delivery;
- Review requirements and participate in requirements and design reviews;
- Production deployment support and incident support;
- Work tightly with the development team to incorporate API, structural, integration, regression functional, and non-functional testing processes and tools;
- Set up reporting processes to provide transparency and visibility of product quality;

Must haves
- 4+ years of experience in Automation testing;
- Writing automated tests, experience using Playwright and/or Cypress;
- UNIX/ Shell scripting basics;
- API testing using GraphQL and REST services;
- CI/ CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab or Jenkins;
- Familiarity with Git processes for managing code and repos;
- Gitlabs or Github Basic understanding of Kubernetes and AWS;
- Willingness to engage with complex processes spanning multiple services;
- Must work with distributed Engineering teams, and geographically dispersed team;
- The working hours for this requirement are APAC, JST;
- Upper-Intermediate English skills.
