What you will do
- Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems
- Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
- Define approaches for data mining
- Extending company’s data with third party sources of information when needed
- Doing ad-hoc analysis and R&D involving operating heterogeneous data sets
- Creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance
Must haves
- PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or other related fields
- Real world experience of solving business problems using machine learning, data mining, data analysis
- Data-oriented personality
- Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms
- Experience with common data science toolkits (such as R, Weka, NumPy, MatLab, etc.)
- Great communication skills
- Experience with data visualization tools
Nice to haves
- Collect Cyber Security Data, apply statistics, machine learning, big data and graph analysis techniques to address a variety of security problems including correlation between threats, anomalous behavior, prioritization of threats
- Participate in the machine learning lifecycle including designing high quality AI/ML infrastructure and big data pipelines, writing production code, conducting code reviews
- Evaluate latest software packages, open-source libraries, development environments etc
- Develop and build test frameworks, test cases, reproducible experiments, and evaluation of various models for automated production deployment
- Deploy models to cloud, support monitoring and framework for automation in cloud
- Provide production support, environment support, troubleshooting and user suppor
- Collaborate with Cyber & Information security stakeholders to get feedback/guidance on various solutions
- Gain knowledge of cybersecurity testing methodologies (phishing, intrusion detection, vulnerability scanning, remote penetration testing, red/blue teams)
- Get familiar with common tools & processes used in Cyber and Information security
- Experience with open-source ML tools/frameworks
- Experience with Libraries Pytorch and TensorFlow
- Experience working in AWS environment
- Experience operationalizing/scaling models in AWS environment
- Experience in programming languages such as Python, SQL
- Experience in working with datastores such as S3, RDS in AWS environment
- Cyber Security knowledge is a huge plus
