You will work with
- Sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, etc.
- Providing a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates
- Communication with the candidates, skills evaluation, and offers management
- Composing reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries
Our team is looking for someone who has
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in technical recruiting in US markets
- Experience/knowledge in recruiting for the following positions i.e. Big Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Java Developers, Network Engineers, Windows/Unix/Linux Admins, Developers, Architects, Analysts, Project Managers, Business Analyst, Testers, etc.
- Experience with LinkedIn hiring
- Experience recruiting candidates for Full time and Contract positions
- Establish strong working relationships with team to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline
- Source, screen and interview potential technical candidates including: face-to-face/phone interviews, Technical Screening and reference checking for current and future positions
- Thorough knowledge of the entire recruiting life cycle
- Strong communication, organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with various levels & roles and associated technologies
- Strong organizational skills required and ability to multi task critical functions
- Good experience with MS Word, Excel
- Good negotiating skills coupled with ability to close offers with candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
