Spot is a fast-paced startup that operates within NetApp and enjoys all perks & benefits of a large-scale organization while maintaining the startup culture, mentality, and pace We are looking for a Technology Operations focused Scrum Masters to continue developing and executing Agile and DevOps methodologies used within the Operations team that comprises of InfoSec/SecOps, DevOps and Automation Engineers. Engagement with other stakeholders, e.g., Engineering/Development teams is required. You will identify continuous improvements to help not only scale the existing organization but scale the Agile practices. The Scrum Master is responsible for coaching and guiding our existing teams in the core practices of methodology and Scrum. As a Scrum Master you will play a key role in the ongoing improvement of our Agile practices.
Our team is missing someone who has
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master
- Enthusiastic team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills conducive to team development
- Self-managed, organized, attention to detail, problem solver
- Understanding the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
- Knowledge and experience of Agile approaches – Kanban, Scrum, XP, etc., and using Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge and experience in facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, and building transparency using data-driven decision-making
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification or equivalent preferred
- A Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills & an ability to build strong relationships
- Highly motivated, collaborative & possessing an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Flexible, agile & open-minded with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task & adhere to deadlines
