What you will do
- Provide program management support for Indeed’s Application Security team;
- Oversee Code Freshness (R&Ds) and Operational Ownership Expectations Programs;
- Lead team meetings and ensure effective communication across stakeholders;
- Create and maintain project documentation;
- Manage change processes and ensure smooth transitions;
- Provide overall program guidance and support to drive success.
Must haves
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Project Manager Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading complex initiatives driving strategic objectives, and delivering tangible results and Scrum Master / Business Analyst experience;
- Background in managing complete software development lifecycles and mobile/web/desktop applications, and API integration projects;
- Skilled in overseeing global project teams, fostering collaboration, and enhancing team performance to meet project goals and milestones;
- Proficient in managing cradle-to-grave project lifecycles, including strategic planning, cost analysis, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and scope management;
- Effective communicator with a demonstrated ability to interface with key decision-makers and ensure collaboration across cross-functional teams;
- Ability to collaborate with PMO teams to track progress, identify blockers, and report on key results;
- Responsible for setting up program meetings and keeping leadership and stakeholders informed;
- Proficiency in IQL/SQL and analytical skills;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.

- Experience in Application Security is a plus;
- Experience across Revenue Systems & CRM.
