  • What you will do

  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to define, design, and implement engaging digital experiences on
  • WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, WooCommerce, and other low-code platforms;
  • Conduct discovery phases, user research, and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user satisfaction;
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, UI mockups, design systems, and component libraries tailored for low-code/no-code platforms;
  • Identify usability challenges and propose data-driven solutions that balance user needs and business goals;
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility, conduct design QA, and refine UI/UX implementations;
  • Stay up-to-date with WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, WooCommerce, and other low-code platforms’ trends, plugins, and best practices to optimize user experience;
  • Provide UX/UI insights and contribute to pre-sale concepts, project estimations, and proof-of-concepts in an iterative manner;
  • Advocate for UX best practices, accessibility, and inclusive design principles within the team and with clients.
  • Must haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field;
  • 4+ years of experience in web and mobile app design, including SaaS, B2B, and B2C projects;
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects, including prototypes, wireframes, and documented UX research (both qualitative and quantitative methods);
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, WooCommerce, and other low-code/no-code platforms, with a deep understanding of design principles specific to these platforms;
  • Strong knowledge of usability principles, user behavior, accessibility best practices, and conversion optimization;
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and prototyping tools;
  • Experience with responsive design, mobile-first design, and performance-optimized interfaces;
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure seamless communication with developers;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (upper-intermediate or higher).
  • Nice to haves

  • Hands-on experience with customizing and extending WordPress and Webflow components;
  • Experience working with WooCommerce customization, payment integrations, and e-commerce UX best practices;
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and web performance optimization;
  • Familiarity with UX analytics tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, and A/B testing;
  • Experience in pitching design services and participating in client pre-sales discussions;
  • Experience in people management or mentoring junior designers;
  • Personal projects or contributions to the WordPress/Elementor/Webflow community;
  • Knowledge in PHP.
