What you will do
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret complex data sets. Extract meaningful insights and trends to provide actionable recommendations;
- Data Modeling: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data models. Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analysis needs;
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various datasets. Identify and address data quality issues to maintain data integrity;
- Reporting and Visualization: Design and develop reports and dashboards using Looker Studio (Google). Create visually appealing and intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders;
- Process Analysis: Map existing manual HR processes to identify high-value opportunities for automation;
- Automation Design & Implementation: Develop and deploy automation tools, scripts, and workflows to streamline and optimize HR operations;
- System Integration: Collaborate with IT/Data Engineering to integrate various HR systems and data sources, enabling seamless data flow for reporting and analysis;
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
Must haves
- +2 years proven experience in data analysis.
- +2 years of hands-on experience in SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs, sub-queries, performance optimization knowledge);
- Proficiency with data visualization in Looker Studio (Google) or similar BI tools;
- Familiarity with Git and DBT or similar Data Engineering tools;
- Proficiency using Google Sheets;
- Strong analytical mindset;
- Ability to connect data/insights directly to business objectives and strategy;
- Excellent written/verbal communication and storytelling skills;
- Ability to consult, gather requirements, and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance);
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Experience working in an Agile environment;
- Understanding of data audits, ETL pipelines, and data governance;
- Knowledge of DWH, relational databases and GS AppScripts;
- Knowledge of AI tools usage, such as Gemini Pro and ChatGPT;
- HRIS admin experience is a plus;
- Usage of automation tools such as Zoho/Zapier;
- Experience designing and implementing automation solutions for business processes.
