What you will do
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT software solutions, including capabilities, integration points, and value proposition for very large enterprises;
- Partner with internal stakeholders and meet with client stakeholders to identify needs, challenges, and objectives, translating them into customer solutions that decrease time to value;
- Drive the customer onboarding journey through technical expertise in available customizations and ensure requirements are met during implementation;
- Act as a trusted advisor collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Customer Success, and R&D to ensure solutions meet expectations and technical feasibility;
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive solutions, and evolving IT/OT technologies to provide thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders.
Must haves
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Solution Engineer, or similar role within the IT or OT software industry servicing large accounts;
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, TCP vs UDP troubleshooting, and routing basics;
- Experience working with VPNs and proxy authentication scenarios;
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting firewall rules inbound and outbound;
- Awareness of conditional access and secure gateway concepts;
- Knowledge of ports and protocols;
- Expertise in enterprise software solutions, preferably in IT/OT integration, data analytics, cloud technologies, or industrial IoT;
- Strong understanding of enterprise environments, including challenges, architectures, and decision-making processes;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences;
- Experience with enterprise-level SaaS implementation engagements and solution design;
- Proficiency with modern tools and platforms such as cloud infrastructure, virtualization, APIs, and middleware;
- Fluency in English.
Nice to haves
- Experience integrating or working with tools such as ServiceNow, secure web gateways or zero-trust platforms, and other ITSM, IAM, or security proxy solutions;
- German and French language skills.
