What you will do
- Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot demo environments to ensure they are up to date and functional;
- Act as the first line of defense for technical issues within demo environments;
- Collaborate with technical teams to build Proof of Concepts and support complex deals;
- Manage and populate realistic datasets for demo environments to support business use cases.
Must haves
- 3+ years of experience in FullStack development with a backend focus;
- Experience with TypeScript (Node.js and React);
- Experience with REST APIs including consumption and debugging;
- Understanding of deployment processes and CI/CD tools;
- Familiarity with AWS (Cognito, S3, CloudWatch);
- Experience with data seeding and environment management;
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Knowledge of life insurance and annuity domain;
- Experience with Python scripting;
- Experience with CI/CD troubleshooting;
- Experience with PHP.
