What you will do
- Carry out candidate screenings and provide assessments of skills, experience, and cultural fit;
- Build a robust pipeline of candidates to submit to clients, prioritizing quality over quantity;
- Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail;
- Proactively source and identify candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
Must haves
- Advanced English communication skills with a positive and open-minded attitude;
- 1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar customer/client-facing roles;
- Affinity towards technology and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems;
- Elevated self-awareness and aptitude to develop new skills;
- A passion for teamwork and leveraging opportunities.
Nice to haves
- Experience within the IT industry as a Recruiter, Sourcer, or similar.
