What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention;
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion;
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into actionable delivery plans;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and quality project execution;
- Participate in quarterly trips to the U.S. for in-person client meetings.
Must haves
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client success roles within the tech or IT services sector;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; charismatic and confident with clients;
- Advanced English (written and spoken) — non-negotiable;
- Strong technical understanding of IT projects and delivery processes;
- Valid U.S. visa and willingness to travel quarterly.
