What you will do
- Independently design, develop, and deliver robust, production-ready Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions;
- Utilize strong expertise in Python to find complex patterns in data, create and refine robust statistical models, and perform detailed data exploration, data visualization, and data mining;
- Leverage experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI frameworks to enhance solution capabilities and innovation;
- Implement, deploy, and maintain cloud-native AI/ML solutions;
- Manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business implications.
Must haves
- 5+ years of experience in the software development;
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field;
- Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders;
- Proactive communication with objective approach towards project deliverables;
- Experience in finding patterns in data and creating statistical models, data exploration, data visualization, and data mining;
- Experience in developing AI and ML solutions and delivering them to production;
- Very good hands-on working experience in Python and NLP;
- Prior experience or projects in LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI is a plus;
- Familiarity with text processing;
- Understanding of good software development practices: Test-Driven Development (TDD), refactoring, pair-programming, solid design;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrating an exceptional drive towards delivery;
- Experience with cloud-based solutions, especially on Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
