What you will do
- Conduct full-scale outreach via LinkedIn and other channels to attract potential candidates;
- Make initial qualification of candidates through messaging and screening questions, ensuring their fit for roles;
- Drive conversion by engaging and motivating qualified leads to move forward in the recruitment process;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM and Google Sheets;
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Must haves
- 0-1 year experience in recruitment, sourcing, or lead generation;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B1+);
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes;
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle large volumes of written communication daily;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment;
- Aptitude for easy learning and fast adaptation;
- Creative thinking and a goal-oriented mindset.
Nice to haves
- Prior experience with LinkedIn or other sourcing tools;
- Knowledge of IT roles and terminology;
- Experience with Google Sheets, CRMs.
