What you will do
- Develop a working understanding of the product — its users, business model, competitive landscape, and gaps — and translate that into a coherent design strategy;
- Define design principles, information architecture, and UX patterns that align with product goals;
- Lead discovery: identify what needs to be designed, not just how to design it;
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align on priorities and communicate design rationale clearly;
- Own design from concept to delivery — research, wireframes, prototypes, final UI;
- Build and maintain production-ready sites and landing pages using Framer (or equivalent no-code/low-code tools);
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Firefly, Copy.ai) to generate and iterate on content — copy, visuals, component variants — as part of your standard workflow;
- Establish and evolve design systems and component libraries;
- Proactively surface ambiguity and drive it to resolution — through workshops, structured questions, or design proposals that force a decision;
- Present design work with clear rationale; know when to push back and when to adapt;
- Set and manage design timelines independently.
Must haves
- 9+ years of UX/product design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or principal capacity;
- Demonstrated ability to own product design strategy, not just execute on spec;
- Strong portfolio showing product thinking alongside visual quality — we want to see how you solved problems, not just what you shipped;
- Hands-on experience building with Framer (sites, CMS, interactions);
- Fluency with AI content generation tools integrated into a real design workflow;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; comfortable navigating incomplete briefs;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Background in martech, CRM, marketing automation, or B2B SaaS — you’ll ramp faster and ask better questions;
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or booking platforms — familiarity with the domain helps;
- Experience with design systems at scale;
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS — enough to have informed conversations with engineers and push Framer further.
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to own product design strategy end to end — from discovery and information architecture through final UI and production — for a B2B SaaS platform. You will build and maintain production-ready sites using Framer, integrate AI tools including Claude, Midjourney, and Firefly into your standard design workflow, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align on priorities and drive ambiguity to resolution.
