  • What you will do

  • Manage the CEO’s external communication and networking pipeline across email and LinkedIn;
  • Draft and send messages on behalf of the CEO while accurately mirroring tone, language patterns, and communication style;
  • Conduct targeted outreach to existing contacts, warm connections, and new introductions to facilitate networking conversations;
  • Research ideal customer profiles and identify relevant people and organizations for outreach;
  • Guide conversations toward scheduling networking meetings and maintaining engagement with key contacts;
  • Track commitments made during conversations and ensure follow-through on action items;
  • Maintain visibility across multiple ongoing communication threads and ensure timely responses and follow-ups;
  • Support light prospecting and SDR-style activities such as identifying potential partners, clients, or ecosystem contacts.
  • Must haves

  • 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in sales or marketing roles;
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple parallel conversations and relationships without losing context;
  • Proactive and ownership-driven, anticipating next steps and following up independently;
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone based on context and audience;
  • Ability to adapt communication style and tone to align with an executive’s preferences and context;
  • Strong interpersonal awareness and ability to navigate different professional relationships effectively;
  • Curiosity about tools and technology, including CRMs, AI assistants, and automation tools;
  • Detail-oriented and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive communications with discretion.

As an Executive Assistant, you will manage and elevate a CEO’s external communications and networking efforts, ensuring every interaction is timely, thoughtful, and aligned with their voice. Acting as a trusted extension of the executive, you’ll handle outreach, draft communications, and maintain relationships across email and LinkedIn.
