About the role

We are looking for a Platform Engineer to own the administration and secure deployment of critical enterprise tooling across a large-scale engineering organization, ensuring SaaS platforms and pipelines are deployed with the correct internal controls and integrated smoothly into the developer workflow. You will build and maintain CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions and Jenkins, manage user access and permissions through IAM, RBAC, and SSO integrations, and audit tool configurations for cost and performance optimization. The role requires 3+ years of infrastructure engineering experience with deep CI/CD pipeline expertise and a strong security mindset.

What you will do

  • Own the administration and secure deployment of critical enterprise tooling across the organization.
  • Ensure specialized SaaS platforms and pipelines are deployed with the correct internal controls.
  • Integrate tools smoothly into the developer workflow to enhance engineering productivity.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions in accordance with enterprise security policies.
  • Audit and monitor tool usage, optimizing configurations for both cost and performance.

Must haves

  • At least 3+ years of rock-solid foundational Infrastructure Engineering experience, including system administration, security controls, and integration capabilities.
  • Deep expertise in pipeline automation using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, RBAC, and SSO integrations.
  • Proven ability to learn, administer, and deploy new enterprise SaaS tools rapidly and securely.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

  • Proven experience administering and deploying Launch Darkly instances with enterprise controls.
  • Proven experience administering and configuring Claude Design and Figma instances within a secure, controlled enterprise environment.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools.
  • Knowledge of enterprise compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).
  • Experience utilizing APIs to automate the administration of SaaS platforms.

Have any questions?

What is the work format and schedule?

We are a remote-first company, so all our positions are remote. Schedules are flexible, but the main requirement is to have an overlap with your client’s schedule to ensure smooth collaboration. Specific details depend on the project and are discussed during the interview process.

What level of English is required?

We look for Upper-Intermediate (B2) proficiency or higher. Since you will be collaborating with international teams and global clients (including Fortune 500 companies), English is a part of your daily work.

Does AgileEngine provide work equipment?

It depends on your location. We provide equipment in Ukraine, Poland, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Guatemala, Portugal, Spain, and India. In the USA, equipment is usually provided by the client; otherwise, you will be expected to use your own setup.
