- Work within Microsoft Azure and contribute to delivery and operational practices in partnership with the appropriate infrastructure or DevOps owner.
- Use Anthropic Claude or comparable tools for AI-assisted coding, with senior human review of production decisions.
- Contribute to Azure-hosted LLM solutions, including existing GPT-4o mini use cases, when relevant to the product.
- Help establish pragmatic development practices as the engineering organization grows.
Must haves
- 4+ years of senior-level production experience with C#/.NET and React.
- Experience designing and maintaining APIs, data flows, production software architecture, and automated tests.
- Production experience with Microsoft Azure services.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools, plus the judgment to review, test, and improve generated work.
- Strong spoken and written English for technical discussions and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site at the Irvine, CA office daily.
- A builder mentality and comfort working in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
Nice to haves
- Experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code tool.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and production delivery practices.
- Experience in payments, financial services, regulated systems, or other security-sensitive environments.
- Experience with compliance automation, web-scraping systems, or high-risk transaction processing.
- Experience with observability, secure software design, and production incident ownership.
- Experience mentoring engineers or helping define team practices, if leadership responsibilities are confirmed.

What opportunities for professional growth do you offer?
We support continuous growth through personalized development paths tailored to each expert. Also, you can expect:
- An annual learning and development budget
- Internal workshops, tech talks, and mentorship programs
- Opportunities to switch projects or grow into new roles over time
What does a typical team look like, and what tools do you use?
Teams vary by project, but you’ll usually work with a mix of experts across different fields, along with a delivery or project manager who supports collaboration and onboarding.
For day-to-day work, teams commonly use tools like Jira and Google Workspace, along with communication platforms such as Google Chat. Depending on the client, you may also work with Slack, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools.
