About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Manager with media and entertainment industry experience to lead end-to-end delivery across a data and analytics program.

The mandatory requirements are 4+ years in delivery or program management roles, media and entertainment domain experience, strong SQL and data reconciliation skills, and advanced/upper-intermediate English with PST time-zone alignment. A Product Owner or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Must haves

  • 4+ years of experience in Delivery roles.
  • Senior analytics/delivery profile with media & entertainment domain experience.
  • Strong SQL and data reconciliation capabilities.
  • Experience in project and program management.
  • Ideally a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or an engineering discipline.
  • Good understanding of marketing technologies.
  • Time zone mandatory alignment: PST.
  • Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English.

Nice to haves

  • Product Owner certificate.
  • Scrum Master certificate.

What you will do

  • Act as the domain and quality bridge across the team by participating in cross-functional discussions and translating business context for the engineers.
  • Validate the team's outputs using strong SQL and data reconciliation capabilities.
  • Establish overall program priorities and gain alignment on technical solutions.
  • Provide oversight across program components to ensure work is clearly defined and properly scheduled for the timely delivery of needed functionality.
  • Manage priorities and dependencies, helping resolve priority conflicts relating to project resourcing, and suggest trade-offs between projects as necessary.
  • Drive the resolution of realized risks and urgent delivery issues impeding program progress.
  • Understand and articulate business requirements and manage their conversion into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure their alignment with the business needs and associated problem statements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders on the data demand side (Sales leadership and analysts; and data scientists) and supply side.
  • Develop and manage the full life cycle of initiatives or programs, ensuring continuous progress towards successful completion, and maintaining accountability in change management.
  • Hands-on program management including actively helping teams overcome or navigate blockers.
  • Understand the end-to-end delivery processes across development teams, hone in on inefficiencies, and produce measurable improvements.

Have any questions?

What is the work format and schedule?

We are a remote-first company, so all our positions are remote. Schedules are flexible, but the main requirement is to have an overlap with your client’s schedule to ensure smooth collaboration. Specific details depend on the project and are discussed during the interview process.

What level of English is required?

We look for Upper-Intermediate (B2) proficiency or higher. Since you will be collaborating with international teams and global clients (including Fortune 500 companies), English is a part of your daily work.

Does AgileEngine provide work equipment?

It depends on your location. We provide equipment in Ukraine, Poland, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Guatemala, Portugal, Spain, and India. In the USA, equipment is usually provided by the client; otherwise, you will be expected to use your own setup.
